Courier Details
We now ship out at a flat fee of $10, no matter what size your order. Our preferred service is with Courier Post, but we do use Castle Parcels or Fliway where required.

If you live in a main centre, stocked items should be delivered to you within 2 days. Please allow additional time for Rural Delivery Addresses. We cannot guarantee you the exact time of delivery, as this is in the hands of the courier company when it leaves our premises. Track and trace numbers are available for all courier items at your request. When an item is not in stock we will inform you of the delivery time.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is delayed beyond reasonable time, please e-mail us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and we can help you to trace your package.

If your package is damaged, you must do the following:
* Do not return the package to us yet.
* Call the delivery company immediately
* Ask for damaged goods section
* Report that a package has been damaged. Ask for the operators name and write down their reference number.

* This process initiates an insurance claim which saves you and us problems

Returns
If you are returning a package to us for any reason please email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to obtain a Return Authority and return address.
